For builders & contractors

Procurement that keeps the site moving

Material shortfalls do not just cost material money — they cost labour days, equipment hire and schedule. Nautook gives construction firms bulk ordering, scheduled delivery and documentation that survives an audit.

What a contractor account gives you

  • Bulk ordering across materialsPlace large quantity orders across sand, aggregate, cement, steel and blocks from the suppliers best placed to serve your site, instead of splitting your day across a dozen phone calls.
  • Negotiated rates on committed volumeTell us the monthly offtake for a project and we work with suppliers on a rate that reflects it. Committed volume is worth real money to a supplier and should be worth it to you too.
  • Scheduled deliveriesBook against your pour dates and slab cycles rather than reacting when the site runs dry. Materials arriving in sequence is the cheapest form of schedule protection there is.
  • Project-wise trackingEvery order carries a delivery address and date, so material consumption is visible per site. Comparing planned against actual becomes a report, not an argument.
  • GST invoicing and clean recordsEvery order produces a compliant invoice tied to a digital payment record. Input credit stops depending on whether a challan survived the journey from site to office.
  • One point of contactEscalations on quality, quantity or delay go to us rather than into a three-way phone argument between your site engineer, the supplier and the driver.

How bulk procurement works

  1. Share your project location, duration and indicative material schedule.
  2. We map the verified suppliers within economic freight distance of the site.
  3. Rates are agreed for the committed volumes across the materials you need.
  4. Your team books deliveries against pour dates from a single account.
  5. Every delivery is GPS tracked and confirmed digitally at the site gate.
  6. Invoices and payments reconcile per project at month end.

Talk to us about a project account with your material schedule and we will come back with a supplier map and indicative rates.

Credit and payment terms

Nautook is an early-stage marketplace, so we are honest about this: standard orders are prepaid or paid on delivery. Structured credit terms for established contractors are assessed case by case against order history on the platform and are subject to supplier agreement. Build a record with us and the terms improve.
