From phone-call procurement to a tracked marketplace
Nautook started with a simple frustration: nobody could tell a site manager what a load of sand would cost, or when it would arrive.
Milestones
The problem
Site managers were sourcing sand and aggregate over WhatsApp and phone calls, with rates that changed by the hour and no visibility on dispatch.
First listings
We onboarded a handful of depots in one city, published live per-unit rates and made ordering a three-tap flow.
Supplier dashboards
Suppliers got their own control room — inventory, availability, incoming bookings and payout settings.
Fleet & tracking
Driver accounts and GPS broadcasting went live, so customers can watch a load move from depot to gate.
Today
Nautook runs role-based dashboards for customers, suppliers, drivers, supervisors and admins, with an expanding material catalogue.
Where we're headed
We're widening the catalogue beyond aggregates, deepening supplier analytics, and making delivery ETAs sharper so site planning stops depending on guesswork.
