How it works

Three sides of one marketplace

Nautook connects the people who need materials, the shops that stock them and the vehicles that move them. Here is exactly what each side does.

For customers — builders, contractors and homeowners

  1. 1Search materialsSearch by material and city, or browse the twenty category guides. Every listing shows the supplier, the unit, the minimum quantity and the live per-unit rate.
  2. 2Compare pricesSee what verified suppliers in your city are actually charging today, side by side. The daily cement and TMT indices show the spread across metros so you know whether a quote is fair.
  3. 3Select a supplierPick on rate, rating, verification status and distance. Distance matters — freight is a big share of landed cost on heavy materials.
  4. 4Book deliveryEnter quantity, delivery address and the date you need it. The order total is calculated before you confirm, and the supplier accepts or declines.
  5. 5Track your orderOnce a driver is assigned and dispatch begins, follow the vehicle on a live map from the yard to your site gate. No more calling the driver every twenty minutes.
  6. 6Make paymentPay through the platform with a GST invoice and a digital record of the order, the delivery and the payment, all retained in your account.

For suppliers — shops, dealers and manufacturers

  1. 1Register your shopCreate an account, submit your shop name, city, GST details and contact information. Our team verifies the business before listings go live.
  2. 2Upload productsAdd each material with its category, unit, minimum quantity and per-unit rate. Update rates whenever the market moves — buyers see the live figure.
  3. 3Receive ordersOrders land in your dashboard with quantity, delivery address and date. Accept or decline; fast acceptance is the strongest driver of repeat volume.
  4. 4DispatchMove the order through accepted, in progress and delivered. Assign a driver so the customer can track the vehicle, which cuts follow-up calls to near zero.
  5. 5Get paidConfigure bank or UPI payout details once. Settlement follows delivery confirmation, so your collection cycle shortens compared with chasing site payments.

For transporters — fleet owners and drivers

  1. 1Register your fleetSign up as a transport partner with vehicle type, capacity, registration number and licence details. Verification takes a working day or two.
  2. 2Receive tripsGet assigned to deliveries from suppliers dispatching in your service area, instead of waiting at the transport nagar for a phone call.
  3. 3DeliverTurn on location sharing from the driver dashboard for the duration of the trip. The buyer and the supplier both see progress, which builds the trust that wins repeat trips.
  4. 4Payment settlementDelivery confirmation is digital and timestamped, so settlement does not wait on paper challans making their way back to an office.
