Delivery areas
Each supplier serves a defined city and surrounding radius. Availability is shown on the listing, and the delivery address is checked when the supplier accepts the order.
Timelines
Most local orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of acceptance. Timelines are estimates and can shift with weather, traffic restrictions on heavy vehicles, and depot loading queues.
Tracking
Once a driver is assigned and starts sharing location, the order page shows a live map with the vehicle position and the delivery point.
Site access and unloading
- Ensure the approach road can take a loaded tipper or truck.
- Someone must be present to guide the vehicle and confirm the load.
- Unloading labour is the buyer's responsibility unless the listing says otherwise.
- Extended waiting at site may attract detention charges from the transporter.
Delivery charges
Any transport charge is shown before you confirm the order. Charges vary with distance, vehicle size and quantity.
