By creating an account or placing an order on Nautook you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Nautook is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent material suppliers and transport partners. We are not the manufacturer or seller of the materials listed; the contract of sale is between you and the supplier.

You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Roles such as supplier, driver, supervisor and admin are granted by Nautook after verification and may be revoked.

Prices are published by suppliers per unit and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only when a supplier accepts it. Quantities, units and delivery charges shown at checkout form part of your order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, site access and loading conditions. You must ensure the site is reachable and someone is available to receive and verify the load.

Suppliers warrant that listings are accurate, that they hold the licences required to sell and transport the materials, and that supplied quantity and quality match the order.

Payments are collected as shown at checkout. Supplier payouts are settled to the bank or UPI details saved in the supplier dashboard, after deduction of applicable platform fees and taxes.

You may not misuse the platform — including fraudulent orders, scraping, reverse engineering, uploading unlawful content, or attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours.

To the extent permitted by law, Nautook's liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees received for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as project delays or loss of profit.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: support@nautook.com.
